What to expect after you reach out
If you call
John picks up if he’s not on a property. If he’s not, you’ll get his voicemail. He returns calls within a few hours during business hours, and by the next morning if you call after 5 PM. The first conversation takes about ten minutes. Tell him what you’ve got in mind, where you’re located, and roughly when you’d want the work done. He’ll tell you straight whether your project is the right fit for us.
If you submit the form
You’ll hear back within one business day. The reply will either confirm a time to talk by phone, or politely point you toward a contractor better-suited to your project if we’re not the right fit. We don’t send mass marketing emails. We don’t share your information. We don’t sign you up for anything. If you’d rather not be contacted again, just say so in your reply and we’ll mark your record accordingly.
